🥤 How to Prepare
For preparation, mix 3 teaspoons of Gluco Powder with approximately 5 glasses of water. Add fresh lemon juice according to taste and gently boil until the mixture reduces to approximately 4½ glasses.
Transfer to a clean container and, if desired, add fresh coriander, mint, cucumber, and ginger. Cover and allow the mixture to rest overnight.
